Follow the following steps to refund<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Steps to refund the from NetSuite to WC:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/5635941-sb1.app.netsuite.com\/app\/login\/secure\/enterpriselogin.nl?c=5635941_SB1&amp;redirect=%2Fapp%2Fsetup%2Frolelist.nl%3Fwhence%3D&amp;whence=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NetSuite<\/a>&nbsp;account<\/li><li>Go to Transaction &gt; Sales &gt; Enter Sales Order &gt; list<\/li><li>Click on view&nbsp;<\/li><li>On the order details page click Fulfill&nbsp;<\/li><li>On the item Fulfil page change Status \u201cPicked\u201d to \u201cShipped\u201d and add the location of the product<\/li><li>To check the product location click the link under \u201cCreated from\u201d and it will redirect to the \u201cSales Order\u201d page, scroll down, here you will see a box with product details. Now click on the link under \u201cModel No\u201d (will be like -SL this is the item name)&nbsp;<\/li><li>On click on the link, it will redirect to the \u201cInventory Item\u201d page, scroll down till you can\u2019t find the values in front of a particular location. Now select that location in the location field on the \u201cItem Fulfill\u201d page<\/li><li>After changing, the Status and Location click on the Save button<\/li><li>Now again go to sales order and click on view<\/li><li>Click on the \u201cAuthorize Return\u201d button&nbsp;<\/li><li>Select the location of the item and save<\/li><li>It will redirect to the \u201cReturn Authorization\u201d page, now click on the \u201cReceive\u201d button and it will redirect to the \u201cItem Receipt To be Generates\u201d page&nbsp;<\/li><li>Select the option from \u201cRestock Item\u201d (accordion to your requirement Either Yes or no)&nbsp; click on save and&nbsp;<\/li><li>It will redirect to the \u201cReturn Authorization\u201d page, now click on \u201cRefund\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Steps to refund the from WC to NetSuite:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/5635941-sb1.app.netsuite.com\/app\/login\/secure\/enterpriselogin.nl?c=5635941_SB1&amp;redirect=%2Fapp%2Fsetup%2Frolelist.nl%3Fwhence%3D&amp;whence=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NetSuite<\/a>&nbsp;account<\/li><li>Go to Transaction &gt; Sales &gt; Enter Sales Order &gt; list<\/li><li>Click on view&nbsp;<\/li><li>On the order details page click Fulfill&nbsp;<\/li><li>On the item Fulfil page change Status \u201cPicked\u201d to \u201cShipped\u201d and add the location of a product<\/li><li>To check the product location click the link under \u201cCreated from\u201d and it will redirect to the \u201cSales Order\u201d page, scroll down, here you will see a box with product details.
