Their Resolution"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Below is a list of common errors encountered when syncing customer and order data, along with a quick guide on how users can resolve them:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>You must enter at least one line item: <br><\/strong>The SKU for the products in WooCommerce have not been matched with the relevant field (As selected under the inventory settings) in NetSuite for the items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Does not have the required permissions to access the **** list:<\/strong><br>You may not have set the required permissions for the user role in NetSuite, which has been used to establish a connection between the plugin and NetSuite. <br>Here\u2019s a guide to change the permissions: https:\/\/techmarbles.com\/docs\/woocommerce-netsuite-integration\/general-settings\/#permission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Do not have permissions to set a value for element entityid due to the following reasons:<\/strong><br>In this case, the most probable cause is that the customer entity ID is auto generated in NetSuite, but we have not selected it as such under the plugin settings.<br>To fix this issue, navigate to Plugin Settings &gt; Customer Settings &gt; General Settings &gt; &#8220;Is NetSuite Customer Entity ID auto generated?&#8221;, select this check box and save the settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Invalid item reference key **** for subsidiary ####:<\/strong><br>Here, the subsidiary of NetSuite item with internal ID **** is not matching with the subsidiary of the customer record, which is ####.<br>So, you must ensure that the subsidiaries for both the customer, as well as that specific item, be it inventory item or anything else, are the same.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Please enter value(s) for: ****<\/strong><br>The most probable reason for this error is that there is a field named **** in NetSuite, and it is a mandatory field, which means it can\u2019t be left empty.<br>So, you will have to populate it with any value as per your specific requirement, which can be further achieved by utilizing the Conditional Mapping feature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You can not create transactions with Stackable Promotions when the SuitePromotions feature is disabled.<\/strong><br>The reason for this error is that you haven&#8217;t enabled &#8220;SuitePromotions&#8221; feature at your NetSuite end.<br>To resolve this, you can navigate to &#8220;Setup&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Company&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Enable Features&#8221;.<br>In the Enable features page, go to the &#8220;Transactions&#8221; sub-tab. <br>In this sub-tab, go to &#8220;Sales&#8221; section and under it, enable &#8220;SUITEPROMOTIONS&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The &#8221;Promotion Codes&#8221; feature is not enabled in your NetSuite account.<\/strong><br>The reason for this error is that you haven&#8217;t enabled &#8220;Promotion Codes&#8221; feature at your NetSuite end.<br>To resolve this, you can navigate to &#8220;Setup&#8221; > &#8220;Company&#8221; > &#8220;Enable Features&#8221;.<br>In the Enable features page, go to the &#8220;Transactions&#8221;
