Its features offer deep enhancement capabilities when you use it with advanced mappings like currencies, subsidiaries, shipping methods, custom forms, sales reps, and classes or any other NetSuite field with conditional mapping features. We also provide an additional feature to sync item inventory\/prices manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote info-block is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>To establish the connection between NetSuite and BigCommerce &#8220;<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">General Settings<\/mark>&#8221; are the most important.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e1f6a4190107202250ecd0836603007e\">To make a connection between <kbd>NetSuite<\/kbd> and <kbd>BigCommerce<\/kbd> we need the values of the below fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NetSuite Host URL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NetSuite Account ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NetSuite Consumer Key<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NetSuite Consumer Secret<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NetSuite Token ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NetSuite token Secret<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. The first step is to get the NetSuite Host URL and NetSuite Account ID<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To get the values for these fields, follow the below mention steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to your <a href=\"https:\/\/5635941-sb1.app.netsuite.com\/app\/login\/secure\/enterpriselogin.nl?c=5635941_SB1&amp;redirect=%2Fapp%2Fsetup%2Frolelist.nl%3Fwhence%3D&amp;whence=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">NetSuite<\/mark><\/a> account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <kbd>Setup<\/kbd> <strong>\u2192 <\/strong><kbd>Company<\/kbd><strong>  \u2192 <\/strong><kbd>Company Information<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Here you will get the Account ID. Copy the account id and paste it into BigCommerce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/techmarbles.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/accountID-1024x528.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6131\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To get the Host URL, scroll down<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to Company URLs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy the URL under SUITETALK (SOAP AND REST WEB SERVICES), and paste it into BigCommerce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/techmarbles.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/companyURL-1024x188.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6132\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. To get the NetSuite Consumer Key and NetSuite Consumer Secret<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these steps to retrieve the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the <kbd>Setup<\/kbd> \u2192 <kbd>Integration<\/kbd> \u2192 <kbd>Manage Integrations<\/kbd> \u2192 <kbd>New<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the name of the application (name could be of your choice for example, \u201cTM WC NetSuite\u201d)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/techmarbles.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/applicationName-1024x288.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6133\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uncheck the following two checkboxes:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TBA: AUTHORIZATION FLOW<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AUTHORIZATION CODE GRANT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure the following two checkboxes are checked:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TOKEN-BASED AUTHENTICATION<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>USER CREDENTIALS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/techmarbles.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/AUTHENTICATION-1024x384.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6134\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <kbd>Save<\/kbd> button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After saving the Integration form You will get the CONSUMER KEY \/ CLIENT ID and CONSUMER SECRET \/ CLIENT SECRET <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret and paste it into BigCommerce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/techmarbles.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/consumerKey.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6135\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. To get the NetSuite Token ID and NetSuite Token Secret<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote info-block is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Note <\/strong>&#8211; make sure your current user role has the required <a href=\"#permission\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">permissions<\/mark><\/a> to<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the <kbd>Home<\/kbd> icon \u2192 <kbd>Dashboard<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <kbd>Manage Access Tokens<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <kbd>New My Access Token<\/kbd> button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Application name that you have created in New Integration form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Save button, and you will get the Token ID and Token Secret<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/techmarbles.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Access-Token-NetSuite-Arizona-Restaurant-Supply-Inc.-1024x460.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6137\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copy the Token ID and Token Secret and paste it into BigCommerce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Notification Email<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter the email at which you want to get the notifications related to the application. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-3953fb70-5a51-446f-8a56-ee3095253bb5\">After saving the settings, we need to check if the connection is established successfully or not. To check that &#8220;<kbd>Test API Credentials<\/kbd>&#8220;. If the connection is successfully established then a pop up will show with the success message &#8220;Congrats. API connection is successful.&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/techmarbles.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Shopify-3-1024x474.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6195\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-3953fb70-5a51-446f-8a56-ee3095253bb5\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-3953fb70-5a51-446f-8a56-ee3095253bb5\">Adding a user<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-549a4c4ce3d5ecca9081a8d9755820c4\"><strong>Required User Role Permissions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <kbd>Setup<\/kbd> \u2192  <kbd>User Roles<\/kbd> \u2192  <kbd>Manage Roles<\/kbd><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select your user role and check the permissions if they are as mentioned below. If not, click &#8220;Edit&#8221; and change the permission levels, as explained in the following steps:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under TRANSACTION Tab, set permission levels for the fields as mentioned below:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sales Order &#8211; Full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item Fulfilment &#8211; Full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulfil Sales Order &#8211; Full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cash Sales &#8211; Full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find Transaction &#8211; Full<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under REPORTS Tab, set permission levels for the fields as mentioned below:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SuiteAnalytics Workbook &#8211; Full<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under LIST Tab, set permission levels for the fields as mentioned below:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items &#8211; View<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Location &#8211; View<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Currency &#8211; View<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotions &#8211; Full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping items &#8211; View<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer &#8211; Full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping Items &#8211; View<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Units &#8211; Full<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under SETUP Tab, set following mentioned permission levels, to the below fieldsCompany information:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>REST Web Services&nbsp;&nbsp; &#8211; Full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User Access Tokens &#8211; Full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration Application &#8211; Full<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SOAP Web Services &#8211; Full <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounting Lists &#8211; Full<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <kbd>Save<\/kbd><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Creating roles on NetSuite:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To create a new Role, navigate through the following steps in NetSuite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><kbd>Setup<\/kbd> \u2192 <kbd>User Roles<\/kbd> \u2192 <kbd>Manage Roles<\/kbd> \u2192 <kbd>New<\/kbd>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the name of the Role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the CENTRE TYPE field select ACCOUNTING CENTRE in General settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check option DO NOT RESTRICT EMPLOYEE FIELDS in General settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In SUBSIDIARY RESTRICTIONS check the option SELECTED.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In AUTHENTICATION enable option WEB SERVICES ONLY ROLE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assign the above mentioned <a href=\"#permission\">permissions<\/a> to the user role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Save<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0NetSuite Integration for\u00a0BigCommerce\u00a0plugin syncs your orders, product inventory\/prices, and customers.
