(Draft quotations cannot be invoiced automatically \u2014 see the note in Order Settings.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sync Orders By Status<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0<strong>All Orders<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Only Paid Orders<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Only Fulfilled Orders<\/strong>, or\u00a0<strong>Paid &amp; Fulfilled Only<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Start Date for Order Sync<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 only orders on\/after this date are synced (default: current date). A\u00a0<strong>&#8220;How to Sync Old Orders?&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0video link next to the date explains how to bring in older orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Currency to Sync with Odoo<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0<strong>Shop Currency<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Customer Presentment Currency<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Tags<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sync order tags to Odoo<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 copy Shopify order tags onto the Odoo sales order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sync Orders by Specific Shopify Tags<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 only sync orders carrying the selected tags (use\u00a0<strong>Refresh<\/strong>\u00a0to reload tags; none selected = all).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Products, Discounts &amp; Pricing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sync Payment Method as Line Item<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 add the Shopify payment method name as a line note on the Odoo order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Default Discount Product Mapping<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 enter the SKU of your discount service product; all discounts are summed into a single Odoo order line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Map Discount to Product line item<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 apply the discount directly to each product line as a percentage (mutually exclusive with the discount-product option above).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Default Shipping Product Mapping<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 enter the SKU of your shipping service product; shipping charges become a separate Odoo order line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Map Shopify Shipping Method to Odoo Shipping Product<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(new)<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 map\u00a0<strong>each<\/strong>\u00a0Shopify shipping method to its own Odoo shipping service product SKU (one row per method; each method can be mapped once). Mapped methods use their specific product; unmapped methods fall back to the default shipping product above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disable new product creation on Odoo with order sync<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(new)<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 by default, a missing product is created during order sync; enable this to fail the order instead of creating products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pricelist Mapping (Orders)&nbsp;<em>(new)<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By default, each synced order is assigned a pricelist based on the customer&#8217;s mapped pricelist or the order currency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Disable Pricelist Mapping (Let Odoo Decide)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 skip pricelist mapping entirely and let Odoo apply its own default.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Default Pricelist for Order Sync<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 choose one Odoo pricelist to apply to every synced order (overrides the automatic customer\/currency mapping). Leave empty to keep automatic mapping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customer Mapping<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Map Orders to Single Odoo Customer<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 assign orders to one Odoo customer by email. Choose\u00a0<strong>Map Guest Orders Only<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Map All Orders<\/strong>, and enter the\u00a0<strong>Odoo Customer Email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Map Default Customer Based on Order Tag<\/strong><em>(new)<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 map orders with specific tags to specific Odoo customer emails (add one row per\u00a0<strong>order tag \u2192 customer email<\/strong>). Within this section you can also enable:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Map Shopify Shipping Address to Odoo Delivery Address<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(new)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Map Shopify Billing Address to Odoo Invoice Address<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(new)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warehouse, Delivery &amp; Sales Team<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Default Warehouse to Sync Order Delivery<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 default Odoo warehouse for delivery mapping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Map Odoo Warehouse Based on Order Tags<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(new)<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 map Shopify order tags to Odoo warehouses for sale-order delivery (one or more tags per row \u2192 one warehouse). When a synced order carries a mapped tag, that warehouse is used instead of the default; if several mapped tags match, the\u00a0<strong>first matching row<\/strong>\u00a0wins, and orders with no mapped tag use the default warehouse. Each tag and each warehouse can be used only once across all rows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sales Team Mapping<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Odoo sales team name applied to all synced orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Map Shopify Shipping Method to Odoo Carrier<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(new)<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 map Shopify shipping method names\/titles to Odoo delivery carriers (one row each; the first matching row is used). Use\u00a0<strong>Refresh<\/strong>\u00a0to reload shipping methods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Taxes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tax options live in their own&nbsp;<strong>Taxes<\/strong>&nbsp;card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sync Tax-Included Price<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 for stores whose Shopify prices already include tax. Off: the app subtracts the tax from each line and sends the net price, so Odoo adds its own tax back and the totals match Shopify. On: Shopify&#8217;s gross price is sent as-is and Odoo must not add tax on top, so the two mapping options below are switched off while it is enabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Map Taxes to Product Line Item<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 posts each Shopify tax as its own service line on the Odoo order (one per tax name and rate, product and shipping taxes included) instead of as a tax on the product lines. An order reporting only a total falls back to a single &#8220;Total Tax&#8221; line. Use it when Odoo should record a fixed amount rather than recompute from a rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Map Tariffs As Product Line Items<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 posts Shopify import duties as their own service lines, one per HS code and country of origin (e.g. &#8220;Tariff (6109.10, IN)&#8221;), or a single &#8220;Total Tariff&#8221; line when the order reports only a total. Orders whose prices already include duties are skipped so the amount is never charged twice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Map Shopify Tax to Odoo Tax<\/strong><em>(new)<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 map each Shopify tax to an Odoo tax (one row each). On order sync every line item is checked against these mappings and the mapped Odoo tax is applied to that line, instead of the single tax configured in\u00a0<strong>Configuration<\/strong>\u00a0settings. Notes:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shopify has no API that lists tax rates, so the dropdown is built from the taxes seen on your orders of the\u00a0<strong>last 60 days<\/strong>. Use\u00a0<strong>Refresh Tax Rates<\/strong>\u00a0after adding a new tax in Shopify.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Matching is on tax name + rate; if a rate changes in Shopify, the name alone is still matched as long as it is mapped only once.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A line whose taxes are not mapped keeps using the configured tax, and shipping lines get the mapped tax when their Shopify tax matches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lines carrying several Shopify taxes (e.g. CGST + SGST, state + county) receive every mapped Odoo tax.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoices and credit notes follow the tax on the sale order line, so all three documents stay consistent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannot be used together with\u00a0<strong>Map Taxes to Product Line Item<\/strong>\u00a0(which posts taxes as their own lines and would tax the order twice) or with\u00a0<strong>Sync Tax-Included Price<\/strong>\u00a0(where the synced price already contains the tax). Enabling either of those turns this option off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick an Odoo tax with the same price-included setting as Shopify, otherwise the Odoo totals will not match.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These options require&nbsp;Enable Order Sync&nbsp;to be on (a warning banner appears otherwise).
