Product Synchronization

Synchronize your product inventory between Shopify and ERPNext to keep stock levels accurate across both platforms.

• Navigate to Products Sync: Click on “Products Sync” in the app’s navigation.
• Enable Products Sync: Toggle the switch to activate inventory synchronization.
• Configure Settings:
  • Item Group: Select the default item group in ERPNext for your Shopify products.
  • Item Code Prefix: Set a prefix for your item codes to easily identify products originating from Shopify (e.g., SHOPIFY-).
  • Unit of Measure (UOM): Choose the default unit of measure for your products.
  • Location Mappings: Crucially, map your Shopify locations to their corresponding ERPNext warehouses. This ensures accurate stock updates.
• Note: Only products with available inventory (quantity greater than zero) in ERPNext will be imported into Shopify.
• Import Products: After configuring the settings, click “Import Products from ERPNext” to bring all your existing ERPNext products into Shopify.
