Customer Synchronization

Keep your customer data consistent by synchronizing customer information between Shopify and ERPNext.

• Navigate to Customer Sync: Click on “Customer Sync” in the app’s navigation.
• Enable Customer Sync: Toggle the switch to activate customer synchronization.
• Configure Settings:
  • Customer Group: Select the default customer group in ERPNext for your Shopify customers.
  • Territory: Choose the default territory for customers in ERPNext.
• Sync Options:
  • Sync All Customers: Manually sync all your existing Shopify customers to ERPNext.
  • Auto Sync: Enable this option to automatically sync any new customers created in Shopify to ERPNext.
