Product Import Settings

Create and update Shopify products directly from your NetSuite items. Use the top bar’s Help Video, Import Product, Test Sync, and More Actions.

General settings

Setting	What it does
Enable Product Sync	Master on/off for product import.
NetSuite Checkbox Field for Product Sync	Only sync products where this NetSuite checkbox field is checked (e.g. isonline). Leave blank to sync all.
Default Product Status on Shopify	Active (immediately available) or Draft (unpublished until ready).
Shopify Sales Channels for Synced Products	Choose which channels synced products are published to (defaults to Online Store).
Enable Product Update	When on, existing Shopify products are updated when they change in NetSuite; when off, only new products are created.

Product fields mapping

Map each Shopify product field to a NetSuite field and choose its NS field type (String / Select). Examples shown in the app:

Enable only the rows you need. High-volume catalogs are imported using Shopify bulk operations for speed and reliability.
