Overview

The Odoo-Shopify Integration is a comprehensive solution that seamlessly connects your Shopify store with your Odoo ERP system. This integration enables:

• Bidirectional Product Sync: Sync products in both directions (Odoo ↔ Shopify)
• Inventory Management: Real-time or scheduled inventory synchronization with multiple quantity types (Available, On Hand, Forecasted, Incoming)
• Order Processing: Automatic order sync from Shopify to Odoo — as sale orders or as invoices only
• Bidirectional Customer Sync: Sync customers in both directions with tag filtering
• CRM Lead Sync: Push Shopify abandoned checkouts, draft orders, and orders into Odoo CRM

Latest Release (July – September 2026)

Products

• Product Sync Status tab — a searchable per-product list (Odoo or Shopify side) showing sync status, with per-row Sync and bulk Sync Selected Products.
• Add fixed tax rate (%) on top of synced prices (Odoo → Shopify) — for tax-exclusive Odoo prices feeding a tax-inclusive Shopify store.
• Target Odoo Pricelist — write Shopify prices into a chosen Odoo pricelist during Shopify → Odoo price sync.
• Sync translated product content — read titles, descriptions, and tags from Odoo in a selected language.
• Track Inventory synced by default — Odoo’s “Track Inventory” and Shopify’s “Track quantity” flags now stay aligned during product sync (version-aware for Odoo 17/18+).
• Category pickers show the full hierarchy path (“Parent / Child / Subchild”) and include eCommerce (Website) categories.

Inventory

• Quantity Forecasted quantity type — sync Odoo forecasted stock (includes incoming purchase orders) to Shopify’s Available field.
• Shopify Target Type — choose which Shopify field (Default / On Hand / Available) receives the synced quantity.
• Sync Odoo Incoming Qty To Shopify Incoming Qty — mirror inbound stock at each mapped location.
• Shopify → Odoo location mapping — combine one or more Shopify locations into a single Odoo warehouse.

Orders

• Enable Invoice Sync Only — sync Shopify orders to Odoo as customer invoices only, without creating sale orders.
• Refund status sync (Odoo → Shopify) — push Odoo credit notes to Shopify as refunds on an hourly schedule (full and partial).
• Map Shopify Shipping Method to Odoo Shipping Product — per-method shipping product SKU rows.
• Map Odoo Warehouse Based on Order Tags — route order delivery to a warehouse by Shopify order tag.
• Taxes card — Sync Tax-Included Price, Map Taxes to Product Line Item, Map Tariffs As Product Line Items, and Map Shopify Tax to Odoo Tax.

Manual Syncs

• Date-range filter on every manual sync action (products, prices, images, inventory, customers) — sync everything, or only records updated inside a chosen window (presets: Today, Yesterday, Last 7/30/90 days).

Dashboard & Logs

• New dashboard cards: Orders Synced Today, Failed Orders, Last Order Synced, and Sync Success Rate (30 days).
• Invoice only and Invoice pending order badges.
