NetSuite → WooCommerce Inventory Sync

Under NetSuite Integration → Inventory Settings, we can configure settings related to inventory Stocks and Prices. Inventory Stocks and Prices are automatically synced from NetSuite to WooCommerce based on these settings. There is also an option to manually sync this data.

Common settings

SKU Mapping FieldMatch products by Item Name/Number (Item ID), UPC code, Display Name/Code, Vendor Name/Code, or a Custom Field (enter the NetSuite custom field ID).
Automatic Sync FrequencyHourly, Twice Daily (every 12h), or Daily (every 24h).

Stock settings

SettingWhat it does
Enable Stock SyncSyncs inventory from NetSuite to WooCommerce when product identifiers match.
Force Enable WooCommerce Stock ManagementReplaces the product-level “Manage stock” setting so quantities are honored.
Update Stock StatusRefreshes In Stock / Out of Stock automatically from current quantity.
Sync Unit ConversionsSync Unit of Measure from NetSuite, to bring base units and conversion rates so that the products can be sold in alternate units.
Quantity FieldPull inventory from Quantity on Hand or Quantity Available in NetSuite.
Inventory LocationAll Location (combines all warehouses), Default Location (item’s default warehouse), or Selected Location (choose warehouses; quantities are merged).

Price settings

SettingWhat it does
Enable Price SyncUpdates WooCommerce prices from NetSuite.
Price LevelThe NetSuite price tier to use (e.g. Base Price, Online Price).
Price CurrencyThe NetSuite currency to match with the WooCommerce currency.

One-Off Actions

  1. Click Manual update inventory and(or) price for an immediate run. A live counter and inventory log show progress and any unmatched SKUs.
  2. Click Remove NetSuite IDs to remove the stored NetSuite Internal IDs of the products Helpful to avoid item mismatches which can arise due to SKU or item related changes, either in WooCommerce or in NetSuite
